Our team will gather the necessary records to prepare your case for success. We will also assist you in gathering evidence that only you have access to. We will preserve all available evidence held by the wrongdoer and third parties.
3. Evaluation & Advocacy
Megan Whiteside will review your file and provide you with an individualized evaluation of your case. She will provide advice on next steps, so that you can make an informed decision on how you would like to proceed with your case. If you decide to file suit, she will personally handle your litigation, explain the process in a way that is easy to understand, and provide you with updates throughout the life of your case.
